Please check ALL orders carefully for size & damages when received.
Merchandise may be returned in accordance with the following conditions:
For ALL Leather & Patent Leather
For ALL Lingerie & Costumes
and
For ALL Men's Wear
No claims on used goods. Wicks N' Dicks MUST be notified of any issues IMMEDIATELY (within 24 hours of receipt to Hostess) and all claims must be in writing.
Wicks N' Dicks ONLY has 5 days to make a lingerie return to the warehouse!!!
For ALL Adult Novelties, Toys, Vibra Wear, etc!
*ALL Merchandise must be UNUSED and in re-stockable
condition:
in the original undamaged box OR packaging complete with
all paperwork, warranty cards, etc.
AND
*You must notify Wicks N' Dicks within 24
HOURS of receipt of
merchandise to receive a return authorization.
(THIS IS PER THE SUPPLIER & WAREHOUSE!)
DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR MERCHANDISE
WE CANNOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY.
INSPECT AND TEST YOUR MERCHANDISE IMMEDIATELY.
IF YOU RECEIVE A BROKEN OR NON-FUNCTIONING ITEM
YOU MUST
NOTIFY WICKS N' DICKS AT ONCE.
